• Os oes angen i chi newid yr archeb, bydd yn rhaid cwblhau hyn o leiaf 24 awr cyn i’r cwrs gychwyn. Mae hyn er mwyn sicrhau bod yr hyfforddwr yn derbyn y gofrestr gywir er mwyn paratoi at y sesiwn.

Oherwydd bod Dechrau'n Deg yn talu costau’r hyfforddiant, os bydd lleoedd gwag oherwydd nad yw rhywun wedi dod, mae'n bosibl y bydd y sawl na ddaeth yn colli ei hawl i gadw lle ar gwrs arall.
• Os yw’n bosibl, mae'n rhaid canslo trwy roi rhybudd o leiaf 7 niwrnod cyn y cwrs er mwyn gallu cynnig y lle i’r rhaid sydd ar y rhestr aros. Os yw amgylchiadau annisgwyl yn atal y dysgwr rhag gallu dod ar y diwrnod, bydd angen iddo gysylltu â thîm Datblygu'r Gweithlu ar 029 2035 1709.
• Bydd dysgwyr nad ydynt yn dilyn manylion y polisi canslo uchod yn cael marc absenoldeb wrth eu proffil. Wedi dau farc am absenoldeb, bydd cyfrif y dysgwr yn cael ei rewi ac ni fydd modd iddo gadw lle ar gyrsiau eraill am chwe mis.

• Mae’r tîm Datblygu’r Gweithle’n ceisio cynnig hyfforddiant o safon uchel a fydd yn arwain, ysbrydoli ac yn rhoi cefnogaeth i’r holl rai sydd ar y cwrs.
• Ein nod yw creu amgylchedd brwdfrydig gyda chefnogaeth a pharch ar y naill ochr rhwng yr hyfforddwyr a’r hyfforddai er mwyn sicrhau’r profiadau a'r canlyniadau gorau i'r dysgwr.
• Anogir yr holl hyfforddwyr a’r dysgwyr i wrando ar ac ystyried safbwynt ei gilydd. Cofiwch fod yr hyfforddwr yn arbenigwr yn ei faes penodol ac felly rydym yn gofyn i chi barchu hynny. Fodd bynnag, mae eich barn a’ch profiadau yn bwysig ac anogir cymryd rhan mewn modd gadarnhaol.
• Rydym hefyd yn gofyn i chi ddysgu am iechyd a diogelwch trwy fod yn ymwybodol o’r cyfleusterau a’r gweithdrefnau mewn argyfwng.

• Cwblhewch ein ffurflenni gwerthuso cwrs ar ddiwedd y sesiwn hyfforddi. Rydym yn croesawu unrhyw adborth gennych a allai roi’r gallu i ni ddatblygu a gwella ein gwasanaeth ymhellach.

• Peidiwch â defnyddio’ch ffonau symudol yn ystod yr hyfforddiant. Os ydych yn disgwyl galwad frys, rhowch wybod i’r hyfforddwr ar ddechrau’r sesiwn.
